Refund Policy
We want every purchase to be a good experience. Below you will find how refunds work for each type of product we sell.
Digital Products — Presets
Preset packs are delivered instantly upon payment and are available for download straight away. Because digital files cannot be returned in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds as a general rule.
That said, we take every issue seriously. If you encounter a genuine technical problem with your download — corrupted files, missing presets, or a delivery failure that we cannot resolve — we will review the situation and may issue a refund at our discretion.
Purchases made in error, or requests submitted after the files have already been downloaded without a valid technical reason, are not eligible for a refund.
Fine Art Prints
Each print is produced to order and shipped directly from our production partner. We verify every order before fulfilment, but we understand that things can go wrong in transit.
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us open a case and act quickly, please send us the following information:
- Your order number and the e-mail address associated with your account.
- A clear description of the problem — what arrived, what you expected, and how it differs.
- Photographs of the damage or defect, including the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
Once we have reviewed your case we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery, or returns sent without prior authorisation, may not be accepted.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider — typically between two and five business days. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
